Dustin is a Hayward native having been born and raised in the community. After graduating from Hayward High School, Dustin attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout and Chippewa Valley Technical College. Since learning how to log roll at age seven, Dustin has been involved in lumberjack events. He has spent the last 12 years traveling around the country performing and competing in professional lumberjack events and has won three championships in speed climbing competitions.

Dustin and his wife, Salle, live in Hayward and both enjoy the benefits of the north woods such as fishing, hunting and mountain biking. They have two children, Brode and Alivia.

Jan began her Real Estate career with Century 21 Woods to Water Realty in 2004. Jan has had a "lake home" on Lac Courte Oreilles for 18 years. After taking early retirement from Minnesota State Colleges and Universities as an educator and dean, she and her husband decided to move full-time to the Hayward Lakes area.

Jerry has an extensive career background as a manager of commercial properties, including a shopping center, as well as over 25 years in retailing with JC Penney and managing a discount chain. Jerry’s real estate career has spanned 17 years, all of which was with one company. Jerry is a lifetime Wisconsin resident, most of it right here in Western Wisconsin. He is a father of three children, two sons and a daughter, the grandfather of 12 AND has two great-grandchildren. Jim is a Twin Cities native who has had cabins on Lost Land Lake and Spider Lake in the Hayward area since 1977.
